A long day in heavy work boots calls for warmth and thick padding right up to the knee. We knit these with a dense merino wool blend to wick sweat and hold heat when the weather turns freezing. The leg measures about 16.5 inches from heel to cuff, keeping tall leather and rubber boots off bare skin.

What we built into this pair
Full Underfoot Cushion
We build a thick terry loop sole from the tip of the toes to the heel. The dense loops soften every step on cold concrete floors and help prevent hot spots during long shifts.
Merino Blend Warmth
We blend merino wool with technical fibres to trap body warmth without trapping moisture. The knit wicks sweat away from the foot so your boots stay drier and fresher in cold weather.
Tall Boot Coverage
The leg reaches about 16.5 inches to sit high under the knee. We shape the knit to stay up on wider calves, giving you full protection against the stiff shafts of tall work boots.
Heel And Toe Reinforcement
We double down on the high-wear zones with extra yarn at the heel and toe. The reinforced knit stands up to heavy friction inside steel-toe boots and holds its shape through routine machine washing.

These socks are the best I have , they are a tight fit with my pull on boots , my feet are warm and not to warm , the thick of the wool are a comfort to walk on , they stretch up to my knees , great durability , good value for the money
I tried the wool ones this time. Not as happy with them they don't stay up as well.
Soft, comfy…but don’t dry them in the dryer…they shrunk to about half the size.
