If the size is wrong
Returns are handled by the shop that took your payment, not by us. What we can do is help you get the height and the size right the first time.
Where a return goes
To the shop that charged you. They hold the order, the payment and the return window, and their policy is the one that applies. Start from your order confirmation or your account with them; that is where the return is opened.
We are not in that loop at all. We cannot open a return, cannot send a label and cannot move money, because none of it ever passed through us.
Tell us anyway, if it was our fault
If a pair came back because something here was wrong, a chart that does not match the sock, a photo on the wrong colourway, a height described loosely, we want to know. That is a fault in the catalogue and we can fix it for the next person.
Getting it right first time
Fit is where most returns start, and almost all of it is decided before you press the button.
- Height is the one thing washing will not fix. Match the top band to the boot shaft.
- Size labels are not shared across heights. The chart on the page belongs to that height only.
- Merino and cotton wash differently. The merino pairs keep their loft longer without softener.
