Tall rubber boots and steel toes need extra protection above the ankle. We knit this knee length pair from a merino wool blend to keep feet dry, warm and cushioned through long shifts. The sixteen inch leg covers the calf completely to block cold air and prevent boot chafing.

What we built into this pair
Sixteen Inch Leg
We knit the leg to reach sixteen inches from the heel to the top cuff. It stays high under the knee to buffer your skin from stiff boot collars and biting draft.
Heavy Terry Cushion
A dense terry loop lines the entire footbed to take the bite out of hard concrete. We pad the sole to soften heavy impact and keep blisters away during long shifts.
Merino Blend Yarn
We blend merino wool with acrylic, polyester and spandex for dependable cold weather warmth. The yarn pulls sweat away from the skin so boots stay dry and fresh all day.
Reinforced Heel Toe
We reinforce the heel pocket and toe box against heavy boot friction. The elastic ribbing holds its shape through hard wear and regular machine washing on laundry day.

These socks are the best I have , they are a tight fit with my pull on boots , my feet are warm and not to warm , the thick of the wool are a comfort to walk on , they stretch up to my knees , great durability , good value for the money
I tried the wool ones this time. Not as happy with them they don't stay up as well.
Soft, comfy…but don’t dry them in the dryer…they shrunk to about half the size.
