Ask us about fit
Ask us about leg height, shoe size, yarn or pack counts. Anything about an order has to go to the shop that took the payment, because we never see it.
What we can answer
- Which height suits a particular boot, and where the top band will actually land.
- What a size label means in US, UK and EU shoe sizes at each of the 3 heights.
- How the merino blend behaves against the cotton blend in cold or wet work.
- What is in a pack, and what a pair works out at inside it.
- Anything that looks wrong on this site: a chart that contradicts itself, a photo on the wrong colourway, a price that has clearly gone stale.
What we cannot answer
We do not process orders, so we cannot see one. Where a parcel is, when it will arrive, how to change an address, how to start a return or how to get money back are all questions for the shop that charged your card. They have the order number; we do not.
Write to us
One address, read by the people who knit and measure the socks rather than by a ticket queue. Fit questions get a proper answer; order questions get a polite pointer back to the shop.
