What size do I order?
Each of these listings carries a single size, and the card prints the label the listing uses. There is no size chart for them the way there is for the socks.
Why are there only 2?
Because that is what the label lists in footwear. Everything else on this site is knitted.
Do they go with the socks?
Yes, and that is the order: the sock first, the shoe over it. Which height you reach for is the only question, and the size finder answers it.

The insert is the only thing we make that is not knitted. Everything else is a sock, at three heights and in two yarns.
