Standing on hard floors all day takes a toll on boot soles. We build this lightweight trim to fit insert with high arch support, a deep U-cup heel, and a shock absorbing gel cushion inside a resilient PU layer. It drops into work boots or athletic shoes to soften daily impact.

What we built into this insert
Moulded Arch Support
The firm high arch contour supports the midfoot inside work boots, casual shoes, and hiking footwear. It helps steady the foot on hard surfaces through long hours on concrete.
Deep Heel Cup
A deep U-cup cradle holds the heel firmly in place inside the footwear. This shaped heel seat stops slipping inside heavy boot leather and keeps the foot aligned on rough ground.
Gel Shock Absorption
We set a dedicated gel cushion under the heel to take the sting out of hard steps. It works alongside the surrounding PU foam to soften impact with every stride.
Trim To Fit
The full length insert trims easily with household shears to match the outline of an existing shoe liner. Slip it directly into work boots, tennis shoes, or athletic footwear.
